DESIGNER INSPIRED: Alexis Mabille - Look #19

This outfit is inspired by Alexis Mabille's 19th look in their Pre-Fall 2014 collection. I replicated the styling while adding the current 90s inspired trend, to make it more wearable. Though this daisy dress is 90s influenced, it's a wearable dress for longer than the trend, as are the cardigan, boots, and jewelry. The matching daisy bag is because Alexis' look had a bag that matches the dress. I'd likely wear a black bag, because that's my normal one, vs buy in a bag to match a dress. If you have a floral bag, it might be neat to play with mixing florals by pairing it with a dress of a different print. This sort of layering will work with most printed and patterned dresses, if the cardigan is a solid complimentary color. If you are a more colorful person than me, you could use a colored cardigan instead of a neutral one. The length of the cardigan and dress should be about the same.
